So I am going to assume I got into my study abroad program for Beijing because almost everyone does(I find out mid next month) and I was wondering, how difficult will it be to quote on quote "survive" there if my mandarin is to say the least barely elementary?
Is Peking also a good place to learn mandarin? how are the professors there? students? food? night life? social life? etc... Thank you. Re: Studying in Beijing, Peking University

Hi friends,
Thank you for sharing you valuable thought, Peking University divides every academic year into spring and autumn semesters, with the latter marking the commencement of the academic year. The autumn semester starts in September and ends in January of the following year while the spring semester begins in February and ends in June. Nice to meet you Michael Chiarello This forum is currently read only. This is a temporary situation. Please check back later.
