An infection or inflammation of the oil glands under the skin can cause acne, which affects mostly teenager boys and girls. In teen years there are hormones which stimulate the growth of body hair, and in this case, the oil glands produce more oil. Pimples and acne is not the same. In pimples, there is a specific blockage in the skin pores, while in acne there's an inflammation. Visit visit acnewhy to get more information about acne and find the appropriate treatment for you.
