What's the difference between ambition and aspiration?

In fact they are the same in meaning but different in the feeling they give usually. Ambition is what you want to acheive in a sense of advancing towards success, like money, jobs and such. But aspiration is usuaully used in a more gentle sense where it is less to do with success and more to do with improving yourself and your life.
